They are known for the ability to provide quality, dependable locum tenens perfusion services on short notice, and their goal is to become an instant, seamless, and integrated member of the open heart team by providing the level of care to
cardiac surgery patients. One of the many ways they seek to provide the possible care for the patients is to limit the number of their perfusionists that provide services to any given hospital, a strategy i have adhered to since the inception. Because all conversations are done directly with the firm owner, they have the opportunity to build a level of intimacy and familiarity with their client staff members and operations.
