The goal of day habilitation and vocational services is to provide consumer-based, outcome-driven services. This program assists individuals in their social and vocational
skills so they may achieve opportunities, choices, and employment. An intermediate care facility provides needed support for developing, gaining, and maintaining functional living skills for the individual to live as independently as possible in a group home setting. This gives the individual the opportunity to belong to the community around them in the most inclusive manner.
