Email is the primary form of communication for nonprofits – it’s how they stay in touch with their supporters.

The problem is that upwards of half of their email list is inactive and email opens and click-through rates are declining.

There’s an opportunity though – upwards of 80% of their supporters are living their lives on smartphones.
