Markster installs and runs sales and marketing operations for small B2B service firms. Outbound prospecting, content and marketing, and CRM operations run as one integrated system under the client's brand. Clients review and approve output. Everything else is handled.
The target customer is an owner-operator at a 5 to 20 person service
business, typically an accounting firm, IT/MSP, HVAC company, or consulting practice, doing $500K to $5M in annual revenue. These businesses run on referrals and founder relationships. They know that is not a pipeline strategy. Markster builds and runs the alternative.
Unlike agencies, Markster does not hand off deliverables. Unlike software tools, it does not require the client to build or manage anything. The engagement is ongoing, fully managed, and produces results within the first 60 to 75 days.
