We think our projects must take into account both the health and wellness of our communities while also addressing important climate change problems. Over the course of the past fifty years, this has been a major topic in our work. We collaborate closely with our

Masdar City One of the greenest and Sustainable, metropolitan areas in the world, Masdar City is a low-carbon development that includes a clean-tech cluster that is quickly expanding, a business free zone, and a residential neighbourhood with restaurants, stores, and open green spaces.
Masdar City places a high priority on sustainable growth by cutting back on its consumption of electricity and water as well as recycling and reusing waste products, particularly during building.
For carbon impact analyses, environmental analysis, materials research, workplace and landscape design, and environmental and structural engineering, we have specialised internal teams. They create sustainable frameworks and choose environmental goals for a healthier future in collaboration with the design teams. We follow our projects from conception to completion and are able to keep an eye on the operation of the building after it is up and running.
