Matricelf also focuses on spinal cord implants that are produced for patients suffering from intra-abdominal fat biopsy traumatic spinal cord injuries, enabling patients to restore neuronal activity, a motor function that assists them in daily activities, and integrates back into the community.
The company was founded in 2019 by Professor Tal Dvir of the Laboratory for Tissue Engineering and Regenerative Medicine from Tel Aviv University.
