MDF Tool serves the rapid prototyping and investment casting industries by producing models, patterns, injection molds and support tooling. They produce concept models and pattern models using stereolithography (SLA) and multi-jet modeling (MJM). Their experience with stereolithography, modeling and tool making allow us to produce high quality
prototype patterns and tools quickly and cost effectively. The tooling they manufacture includes fixtures, gages and injection molds for ceramic, plastic and wax. To expedite the manufacturing of tooling, they incorporate rapid prototyping, machining and casting technologies. All design, manufacturing and inspection is performed onsite by their skilled staff utilizing the latest technologies and equipment.
