Formerly Midland Lutheran College, Midland University in Fremont, Nebraska, is a small, personal and lively four-year school.
Whether majoring in Art, Biology, Business, Education, English or other fields, Midland students get personal attention in small classes, which lend themselves to helpful discussions. They also get the same personal
attention outside of class.
Midland has a Learning Center, a Career Development Center and other student services that provide counseling and guidance tailored to each individual student.
In addition to the intimacy of its academics and services, Midland has campus activities that are artistically, intellectually and socially stimulating. There are more than 50 student organizations, regular entertainment and social events as well as student arts groups in music, theatre, dance and worship arts. Midland even has its own public planetarium.
Financial aid at Midland includes talent scholarships for those majoring in such artistic disciplines as:
