Milioni Import-Export is the country's leading pudding manufacturer. Its notoriety is especially present among buyers of supermarkets; it is less well known to the general public. The products are divided into six ranges: the traditional white and black puddings, as well as the Christmas pudding, but also more recent innovations such as the
mini-aperitif puddings, the pudding skewers or even the organic pudding. Each range is made up of a large number of varieties, ranging from simple fine herb sausage to the most original mandarin sausage, including leek or mushroom sausage. There are more than 20 different varieties in all. In order to become the specialist in blood sausage, and this being a typically regional product, the company also had to be able to produce sausages according to the various Belgian regional recipes. This is why, for many years, Milioni has endeavored to promote recipes from Mons, Liège and Charleroi. Another particularity of blood pudding, conducive to innovation, is its very seasonal character. Consumers do not choose the same sausage in summer as in winter. Thus, Milioni constantly adapts its offer according to the seasons and holidays.
