By separating money (In-App Link a card and Reloads, as well as onsite cashiers taking cards and cash) from product purchases (vendors that only handle products, no money), service becomes much faster, petty theft is eliminated, and the operation becomes fully
transparent with valuable data about most valuable customers and all transactions by area, vendor, product, and customer. This empowers operations with semi-real-time reports, personalized push notifications, and upgrades on the go that increase revenue by at least 35%, with intermittencies and/or downtime risk.
Thanks to the Digital Wristband App, which personalizes to Formula E's look and feel, customers no longer require a physical wristband and can now link a card and/or add balance fast with Apple Pay or Google Pay, significantly reducing wait time and, most importantly, cost. Deploying mycashless requires less than half the financial investment compared to other ‘wristbands only’ cashless solutions. It also collects better customer data with purchase behavior compared to conventional bank terminals, making the guest experience more dynamic, eco-friendly, and fun.
