Mycrophone turns your phone into a wireless microphone, allowing you to speak into your phone and hear your voice over the speaker system in the room.
The company's big vision is to replace the traditional microphone. Event attendees use the mobile app to join a queue and speak over the PA system when they’re selected by the moderator, who
uses the same mobile app to manage the queue. The company makes money through per-event fees paid by the event organizers to the A/V provider that rents out all of the equipment for the event. Mycrophone has two issue patents that cover any method of achieving the company's ends.
