600 company-sponsored programs on behalf of private companies. More than 160,000 market participants have unlocked liquidity through an NPM program. NPM offers private companies and investors various liquidity solutions including tender offers, auctions, company marketplaces, and block trades. In 2021, NPM spun-off of Nasdaq to become its own, independent company receiving strategic investments from Nasdaq, Silicon Valley Bank (SVB), Citi, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, and later Allen and Co.
