An India focused fund, Ncubate expects to invest USD 3-15 (Rs. 15 Crores – Rs.75 Crores)million in a potential investee company through the lifecycle of its investment. The size of the PE fund is 150-200 million dollars (Rs.750-1000 Crores) that would see around 10-15 deals within the fund life.
