Northview Hotel Group is an owner/operator of hotels and resorts that was formed to make opportunistic hotel investments in the U.S.. The company provides hotel management, asset management and construction management services for owners and co-investors. Since forming in 2004, Northview has acquired over $700mm of lodging investments.
Northview is led by Mark Mance, Simon Hallgarten, David Zeuske and Matt Trevenen. The four partners have over 100 years of combined experience in all phases of the lodging industry, including investing, financing, deal structuring, due diligence analysis, operations, and construction management.
Northview takes a disciplined, ground-up, value-focused approach to all investment opportunities, looking first for strong downside protection, and then analyzing a range of components that can generate upside potential.
Northview has built an industry-leading suite of hotel management tools and systems, which allow its assets to outperform their markets. Northview is one of just a few lodging investors with in-house hotel management and construction management expertise.
