Novanet Communications Limited was founded in 1989 and is a privately held Canadian company, located just outside of Toronto in Ajax, Ontario. Their team has designed, engineered, supplied, installed and commissioned some of the country's largest broadcast networks for Canadian television and radio broadcasters, and for a number of global
telecommunications enterprises.
They have worked with broadcasters including CBC, CTV, Shaw Media (Global) and Rogers, and with many other communication and media companies such as the Canadian Press, Telesat Canada, Sprint Nextel, Reuters, Bell Canada, Telus, Sasktel and Motorola.
Novanet has provided integrated solutions to companies for their video, audio and data distribution networks. Their clients include Rio Tinto, Diavik Diamond Mines, Union Gas, Canadian Royalties, Toronto Hydro, Toronto Police, Sûreté du Québec, Brigham Young University as well as public sector clients such as the Department of National Defence and the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade.
