analytes at the cellular level for improved patient care and diagnostics.
We have utilized this Patented Sensor Platform Technology and built the first Blood Glucose Meter (BGM) with wireless connectivity to the Cloud. The mTrio BGM and sensor cartridge is ready for manufacturing.
mTrio and Pepex Health Cloud will allow Healthcare Providers to enhance the quality of Clinical Care, Improve Patient Outcomes & Satisfaction, and Lower Provider Costs related to Diabetes.
1) Empower Providers (insurance companies) to better manage their Diabetes Population Health
2) Empower Physicians to quickly diagnose and decide on real-time interventions to improve patient outcomes
3) Empower Patients (Diabetics) with proactive home healthcare and self monitoring tools
4) Empower Life Sciences to develop an accurate understanding of the real-world of diabetes care, support & advance clinical therapies and enhance research and drug development efforts
We are seeking a total of $4.4MM to execute our Go To Market Strategy and close out this round with a Strategic Investor or Partner. Use of Funds;
(A) Manufacture mTrio BGM and build the Sensor Cartridge Machines
(B) Build the Big Data Cloud Platform and Software
