the founding, and naming, of Dublin (Dubh Linn – the ‘black pool’ where the Poddle entered the River Liffey) it was built in 1864 by some of Ireland’s early industrialists, and has a long history of fashion production stretching right through to the present day. The high ceilings and large windows both lend themselves to light control and mean that it is ideally suited for photographic purposes.
