Presidium USA is a disruptive engineered materials company. Our first commercial product, RevoTherm®, short for revolutionary thermoset, is an innovative resin system with a patented polyol. It provides mechanical properties five times stronger than traditional urethanes allowing for a high strength material that is 30% lighter than fiberglass
reinforced parts. However, if additional strength is needed, the combined strength of RevoTherm® with a fiberglass or carbon fiber reinforcement creates a superior composite solution.
We are targeting the current composite resin systems of polyester, vinyl ester, epoxy and polyurethane used in a variety of composite manufacturing processes including hand lay-up and spray lay-up (“chop spray”), reaction injection molding (RIM), resin transfer molding (RTM) as well as infusion, pultrusion, and compression molding.
