PGS Advisers was launched by proxy advisory expert Marc Stanghieri the former Australian Head of M&A and Activism and Managing Director at Morrow Sodali, a global shareholder advisory business acquired by TPG Growth private equity.
Later joining Marc Stanghieri at PGS Advisers was Murray Williams (former chairman of Alliance Advisors and founder of and CEO of Georgeson Australia) and Justin Foord (former Rothschild investment banker, Colonial First State analyst, and Executive Director at Automic Markets). Murray and Justin bring extensive proxy solicitation, shareholder advisory, and investor relations experience to PGS Advisers.
