PMN empowers people through media to amplify creative expression, community dialogue, and cultural understanding. It has provided vital community media services to the greater Kalamazoo area. Educational workshops on video
production techniques, free use of their television and radio production facilities, and programming distribution on Charter Cable analogue broadcast networks 187 - 191 (PMN channels can also be accessed on AT&T UVerse channel 99) and WKDS Radio 89.9 FM are among their services. They also have an internship program to give prospective media professionals vital job experience.
