Recroup is a job advertising platform, that allow companies to reach talent where they hangout. At Recroup, we convert traditional job postings into scientifically designed high CTR banner ads. Those ads are shown all over the web and are targeted by interests, keywords, location etc. With Job ad campaigns, companies can reach largest audience on
the web and convert them into prospects.
To make it more valuable to our customers, we have introduced talent retargeting. At various occasions people do not apply for jobs thinking that they will do it later. We show ads to people who once showed interest in job opening and did not complete the application process
