REPLACE is an online platform of Crowfunding Civico that promotes the financing of projects aimed at the valorization, recovery and requalification of unused goods, spaces and places. The idea is born as an answer to a specific problem. In urban environments (and not) there are goods, spaces and places in a state of neglect, often in disuse. Their
inactivity is not only social and urban degradation, but involves the non-exploitation of social, cultural and economic opportunities. These spaces are mainly public property and constitute a latent resource which, if revalued, would create added value for the community of reference.
REPLACE is proposed as a tool for the promotion and dissemination of an alternative model for the financing of projects that have as their object the upgrading of unused goods, spaces and places, with particular attention to public ones.
