About the Company
Risk Capital Partners was founded in 2001 by Luke Johnson and Ben Redmond, and remains an independent firm owned by its partners.
As an entrepreneur himself, Luke had achieved great success throughout the 90s growing businesses like PizzaExpress, Integrated Dental Holdings and Signature Restaurants, in both executive and non-executive roles. He
founded Risk Capital Partners to provide a more experienced, entrepreneurial approach to traditional private equity.
Their passion is working with entrepreneurs with ambition and helping them to achieve transformational growth through acquisitions, roll-out programmes and bold organic growth strategies.
