The college provides extensive support for students seeking transfer to a four-year institution. Saint Paul College has articulation agreements with all public colleges and universities in Minnesota, as well as a few out-of-state schools, such as the University of North Dakota and some University of Wisconsin campuses.
In addition to government aid packages, Saint Paul funds a number of scholarships. A highlight among these is the Power of YOU program. This scholarship awards full tuition to graduates of Minneapolis-St. Paul high schools who demonstrate sufficient financial need.
