Salvat Logistica opened its doors in the sixties as a customs agency, operating as a sole proprietorship under the name of the company founder and president Jose Salvat Soler.

The company later became a public limited company called JOSE SALVAT and diversified after Spain's entry in the EEC and as a result of the changes in foreign trade,

specifically customs agencies, launching operations as a freight forwarder and offering international transport, warehousing and distribution services.

The creation of CBL LOGISTICA, a national shipping distribution network, and gave the company the opportunity to offer its customers international import and export transport solutions, domestic distribution and value-added logistics services.
