SHARE Foundation's mission is to identify, develop and foster programs and services that further the health and well-being of the people of their community and surrounding areas. Their mission is achieved through seven outstanding programs: PRIDE Youth Programs is a state-wide organization with a model program that deals with the very real
dangers that children deal with every day such as pressure to experiment with tobacco, alcohol, and other drugs. PRIDE strengthens their ability to resist these temptations. Interfaith Clinic provides high-quality health and dental care to uninsured and underinsured patients in Union County that would otherwise be forced to seek medical attention in area emergency rooms. Life Touch Hospice helps the terminally ill accept death as a normal part of living. The caring staff and volunteers of the John R. Williams Hospice House and Life Touch Hospice home-care program strive to take away the fear of the unknown by educating patients and their families through the process.
