* State-of-the-art facility Our facilities cover 178 acres of land, with a construction area of 40,000 square meters and solar panel covered rooftops, including 11 production
shops, warehouses and office buildings. Our factory is equipped with 8 large-scale production lines with annual production capacity of 3 million pairs.
Our full-fledged lab has a complete range of testing equipment from those used for general physical and chemical property testing to those required for safety footwear ASTM and CSA standard related testing. In fact we are a CSA certified and authorized lab. As the waterproof and Gore-Tex expert, we also have the entire set of equipment required for GTX certification including dynamic waterproof testing and Gore-Tex central-fugal testing.
* The Gore-tex expert Not every Gore-Tex certified factory is capable of working and authorized to work with Gore-Tex Invisible fit and Gore-Tex Surround technology. As the Gore-Tex footwear expert, we were one of the first factories to get certified for those and have since been helping clients create products using the GTX Invisible Fit and the GTX Surround technology.
* Sustainability at heart We are committed to become carbon neutral in 2025. We aim to be the first carbon neutral footwear factory in China! We are initiating the carbon neutral certification process with Climate Neutral - a well known organization that helps brands become carbon neutral.
