Shore Points Capital Management, LLC, is a value-oriented private equity firm focused on middle-market change-of-control transactions. Our strategy is to partner with existing owners/managers as we acquire and invest in well-managed and well-positioned software, manufacturing, service, technology, and distribution companies located principally
in North America. We primarily sponsor deals involving businesses with enterprise values from $15 million to $75 million.
