SIG's China venture capital and private equity activities are operated through SIG Asia Investments, LLLP (SAI) and its wholly foreign owned enterprise (WFOE) based in Shanghai with a branch office in Beijing. The SIG China team seeks to commit the firm’s capital to venture capital and private equity investments in China.
