Born out of real-world struggles, our digital training solution sets itself apart from other learning management systems – largely one-size-fits-all platforms, built for desk-based workforces and compliance training – by addressing the specific product training needs of frontline staff in retail and hospitality.
With a lean team of just 9, we
have successfully validated our purpose-built learning platform with multiple international brands and Australia's largest alcohol retailer (representing 30% of all alcohol sales in Australia), and have achieved annual recurring revenue with a burn ratio of just 1.1.
We’re also on track to deliver over one million product and customer experience lessons this year – to date achieving an NPS of 76.92, with 96.98% of users feeling more confident selling products after our training, and 81.21% actually selling more product.
Behind this progress is our championing of customer-centric design, seamless user experiences and job-optimised, sales-focused training that sifts out the inessential and respects the learner’s time.
