Sprigg is HR software used that helps companies with performance appraisal and talent management of employees. It aligns employees to goals, facilitates the performance review process and the evaluation approach, encourages real-time feedback, and helps managers better manage their teams and recognize achievements of team members.
The software
includes built-in writing assistants and comment banks to help both managers and team members complete their performance reviews and goal setting processes; a 360 tool that allows managers to gather feedback and input from both internal and external sources; a time management feature that allows managers to track their peoples’ requests for time off; and a performance scoreboard.
