One of Boston’s largest postsecondary institutions, Suffolk University offers extensive resources and over a century of experience. What really stands out about the university, though, is its location: student life at Suffolk includes direct access to all of the entertainment that the city Boston has to offer, not to mention opportunities for
educational and professional development.
Despite its size, Suffolk’s academics are based on small class sizes and individualized instruction. The school offers over 130 undergraduate and graduate programs, administered through the following schools and colleges:
* Suffolk University Law School
* Suffolk College of Arts and Sciences
* Sawyer Business School
* New England School of Art and Design at Suffolk University
The university also has a dedication to research. Suffolk maintains more than 20 research institutes, such as the Rappaport Center for Law and Public Service and the Poetry Center.
Financial aid at Suffolk University comes in several forms. Need-based federal and state aid programs are available to those who qualify, and the school offers a number of institutional scholarships. The criteria for these scholarships vary from area of study to academic achievement, and many of them are renewable.
