About the Company
Sunfish is a serious undersea intelligence that resolves its uncertainties. Sunfish is a user-friendly and person-portable autonomous underwater vehicle (AUV) with field-proven artificial intelligence (AI), and simultaneous localization and mapping (SLAM). Sunfish was developed by stone aerospace in collaboration with NASA for a future exploratory
mission to the Jovian moon, Europa. The AUV was designed to explore an ocean hidden beneath more than 15 km of ice and autonomously gather data from the alien planet. Sunfish addresses many challenges of autonomous exploration in complex environments.
