Company Performance Metrics
Synergy Codes is a technology company specialized in visual interface systems for products that run on complex logic, real-time data, and dependencies. Founded in 2011 in Wrocław, Poland under the legal entity Synergia Pro sp. z o.o. (registered 2009).
We design and build diagram editors, workflow editors, product configurators, and engineering
diagram automation — embedded in our clients' products or delivered as standalone applications. Production-ready in weeks, not quarters.
Three areas of practice: 1. Configure faster — product configurators, modular systems, decision trees, and interactive 2D schematics for manufacturing, AV, and engineering teams. 2. Automate workflows — workflow editors with triggers, conditions, branching logic, and AI agent pipelines for SaaS, insurance, and energy clients. 3. Visualize at scale — engineering diagrams, schematics, knowledge graphs, and real-time IoT visualizations at 5,000+ nodes for industrial and infrastructure clients.
We operate on two tracks. First, custom engineering engagements for enterprise teams across insurance, energy, audio-visual, manufacturing, automotive, defense, telecom, and AI/SaaS. Second, three production-grade libraries we own and maintain — ngDiagram (the Angular diagramming library, Apache 2.0), Overflow (advanced interactions for React Flow), and Workflow Builder (an end-to-end React SDK with a runtime workflow engine).
We are React Flow experts and active contributors to the diagramming ecosystem. Every custom engagement benefits from 15 years of componentry, patterns, and edge cases we have already solved — across React, Angular, and other modern stacks.
Over 200 production systems shipped since 2011. 70+ engineers, designers, and analysts in-house. Trusted by enterprise clients including Siemens, Canon, BMW, Autoliv, TotalEnergies, and Fluence Energy. Led by CEO Maciej Teska and CTO Łukasz Jaźwa. Rated 4.9/5 on Clutch across enterprise engagements.
Headquarters: Wrocław, Poland. Working with clients across the EU, UK, US, and APAC. Two engagement models: dedicated teams and project-based delivery.
