We're a software, data, technology and leadership focused recruitment agency, as distinct from an IT recruitment agency.
Our core focus is around building engineering, product, delivery and leadership teams with tech start-ups, scale-ups and more mature organisations too, e.g. those building new offerings, diversifying or undergoing
transformation.
We've also personally worked inside the technology industry, meaning we have first hand experience that underpins our understanding and ability to guide the people we now support.
We offer 10 years experience and we're keen to diversify and grow. We're especially interested in hearing from progressive employers in domains such as climate and green tech, renewables, sustainability, tech for good, healthcare, sustainability, agri tech, education, supporting the public sector - anything with a net positive impact - and not excluding employers in other sectors where there is a commitment to adding value in the way the organisation supports its people, communities and ecosystem.
