Online food ordering is still considered a new eating style and a novel concept in Iran, and despite peoples' increasing favor towards it, it has not been fulfilled properly, and therefore, users have not been able to benefit from it completely. Time-consuming preparation and delivery as well as announcing the food unavailable/sold out
after the order has been placed, are among some problems the users are faced with.
Creating a pleasant online food ordering experience, and removal of the mentioned shortcomings, gave us the incentive and courage to initiate Delino. In Delino, they have successfully created the best and most accurate online food ordering platform. Delino is, in fact, a smart integrated system which is directly connected to automation softwares used by restaurants and through constant updating, it prevents placing orders on unavailable/sold-out food items.
When you place and submit your orders on other online food ordering websites, your orders will be informed to the restaurants using phone calls. Using Delino, however, restaurants will be notified of your orders online and instantaneously and your receipts will be printed from the printers in the restaurants immediately.
After the order finalization, the preparation and delivery stages begin. You can follow your every step of your order status instantaneously, and pay for your food online, in cash, or using POS machines upon receiving it.
