prefers to invest between $5 million and $30 million. The firm typically does not invest in companies that are controlled by one individual post financing and with the breadth of stock ownership among the founding team members. It primarily does not invest in businesses pursuing pure research. The firm seeks to invest in enterprises with pricing power that is not susceptible to commodity pricing dynamics.
