Two Small Fish Ventures (TSF) is a seed-stage deep tech venture capital firm that invests globally in the next frontier of computing and its applications. For more than a decade, TSF has backed multiple breakout successes across consumer, enterprise, industrial, and dual-use markets and has consistently demonstrated its ability to spot the next
major opportunities early.
TSF invests in five interconnected areas: Vertical AI Platforms, Physical AI (e.g., robotics and smart machines), AI Infrastructure, Advanced Computing Hardware (e.g., semiconductors and quantum), and Smart Energy. The firm supports founders at the earliest stages, primarily pre-revenue, when foundational technology is ready for commercialization. TSF makes five to seven high-conviction early-stage investments per year.
The TSF team represents a rare combination. All partners are engineers with deep operating experience; the team includes a former CEO, serial entrepreneurs, and startup leaders who have built, scaled, and exited category-defining companies before becoming deep tech investors.
