About the Company
ufirst is a B2BC platform that provides SaaS solutions for management and optimization of waiting times in the banking sector, public administration, retail, healthcare, university and transport. ufirst software is designed entirely around the real needs of people, using cutting-edge technologies to improve quality of life in the city. Once taken
the virtual ticket for the queue from the smartphone, people can use the time for waiting in the way they prefer. When their turn is coming up, the app will send a notification to users. In this way, ufirst allows to optimize the time that users spend queuing, through a virtual queue management system (mobile and cloud), which eliminates the need to be physically present at the facility.
