The USC Marshall Venture Fund is a student-run, early stage evergreen venture fund created by the USC Greif Center.

About the Company
The USC Marshall Venture Fund invests and receives equity in ventures led by USC students, alumni, faculty, and staff. The mission of the fund is to:
- Help bridge the funding gap for USC-related companies by participating in early-stage rounds;
- Amplify the impact of USC-related companies by participating opportunistically in later-stage
rounds;
- Train undergraduate and graduate students to evaluate, make, and manage venture investments;
- Involve and leverage enthusiastic alumni, advisors, experts, and donors to support and accelerate USC-related companies; and
- Contribute to the economy, innovation, and entrepreneurial ecosystem of Southern California.
