Vectra is a Capital Group whose registered office is in Gdynia. However, Vectra provides its services in all regions of Poland. The Vectra teleinformation network reaches 389 cities and covers 2.5 million households. Currently, almost one million customers use Vectra services. The Vectra Group consists of several companies, of which two are of key
importance: Vectra Spółka Akcyjna and Vectra Investments Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Spółka Jawna. As the parent company, Vectra SA is responsible for the Group's operating strategy. Its task is to provide subscribers with all the services offered by the Vectra Group. The company is responsible for comprehensive customer service, relations with broadcasters, as well as contacts with local authorities and administrators of housing resources, in the area of which it provides its services. Vectra Investments Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Spółka Jawna is the owner of all networks belonging to the Vectra Group. Its tasks include the extension, modernization and current technical operation of the technical infrastructure, based on which Vectra provides its services. The company also deals in the acquisition of telecommunications networks, playing an important role in the development of the Vectra Group, based, among others, on on the consolidation of the Polish cable television market.
