Vendorflow builds business texting and messaging automation software, focusing on two key logistics problems:
1) Operations teams exert enormous effort communicating with external stakeholders like shippers, forwarders, carriers, truckers, and warehouses.
2) Shipper portals and mobile trucker apps were developed to streamline logistics work with
external stakeholders, but suffer poor adoption due to the high friction to install and access these tools.
Mobile messaging channels like Apple Business Chat, Android RCS, and WhatsApp have advanced to the point where users can complete logistics work with the tap of an "easy button" in their preferred channel. Vendorflow enables logistics systems & teams to reach external stakeholders "where they are" on these mobile channels so external stakeholders can productively engage without having to incur the friction of portals and driver apps.
