We are a full service construction firm with in house plumbing/heating, electrical, solar, along with carpentry and design build. We buy and rehab or build new muti-family homes as well as single family. We own and mange real estate for others as well as our own.
Since 1993, Village Builders has been helping people with all their building
needs, large and small. We are based in the Lamoille County town of Wolcott, Vermont. While about half of our work is done locally, we travel throughout Vermont and Northern New Hampshire, especially with our Sauna’s and Foam Insulation.
