About the Company
Vint is an investment platform where investors can buy shares of investable wines and spirit collections. Vint securitizes investment-grade wines and spirit collections with the SEC to offer fractional ownership into the collection, then store them securely in our network of cellars. When the timing is right to maximize returns, Vint works with
merchant partners, auction houses, and private buyers to sell assets within each collection and distribute proceeds on a pro-rata basis.
