The VitalCheck Doctors In Your Office program is a collaboration between VitalCheck Wellness and independent medical practices and individual physicians designed to bring preventive healthcare to employers and employees on site at their place of work or via telemedicine. Under the Doctors In Your Office program, independent board certified
physicians and licensed medical providers oversee the provision of medical services and conduct wellness and other preventive medical examinations and preventive care and health services for patients, including back to work screening, testing, and vaccinations for COVID-19. VitalCheck Wellness is the administrative agent for the program and provides administrative services and proprietary technology to the program’s clients and providers.
