With www.telefonassistent.de, we have developed our own software-as-a-service platform that allows companies of any industry and size to configure their own intelligent assistant with just a few clicks - completely without any prior technical knowledge. The settings vary from greeting phrases and specific questions to the creation of custom scenarios and call reasons. Everything can be adapted independently to the individual needs of the respective company without IT capacities.
