2005, it is the first professional group in energy metering and energy-saving in China that listed outside mainland China, and the first company in Hunan Province that listed on main board outside mainland China. The group possesses the most powerful R&D team of energy measuring & energy saving management in China, of which, the research staffs with the Master degree or above accounts for 35% of the total number of research staffs and there are 12 national and industrial standardized committee members.
