Our software – which has more than 100,000 users – tests a person's aptitude and learning preference to identify the skills they’ll excel at and match them to careers. Our platform also provides them with the training they need to
upskill quickly and step into a new role.
Anyone can use our technology to find what they’re good at – but as a social impact company, we provide free access to our program for under-represented groups like neurodivergent individuals, First Nations people, veterans, refugees and women in tech.
Organisations use our software because it’s the fastest and most efficient way to bring high-demand skills and diversity into their workforce. They can either hire from our diverse, pre-trained talent pool, or use our platform to uncover and grow skills in their existing workforce. Essentially, we’ve created a repeatable, data-led approach to measuring and building human capability, so organisations can get the skills they need, and people can step into meaningful roles that match their potential.
