Custom Build + Retainer (from $4,000/month). Custom AI systems on top of operations: assistants, internal CRMs, document copilots, dashboards. Monthly Skills creation and brain updates as the business evolves. Monthly cancellation, no lock-in.
Fractional Head of AI ($6,000 to $10,000/month). Embedded as the internal AI lead. Strategy, build, training, ROI tracking. Currently embedded at a $14B wealth advisory firm in Miami, rebuilding client reporting from PDFs and spreadsheets into a live operational stack.
