Ajay Nagpal is a senior professional in the financial industry. Prior to his roles at Millennium, Ajay was the Head of Prime Services at Barclays. He was a member of the management committee of the investment banking division and also served as senior sponsor of Barclays’ LGBT employee network
Before joining Barclays in 2008, Ajay Nagpal was Global Head of Equities Sales at Lehman Brothers. He rose to this position after four years as Managing Director and Head of Liquid Market Sales. He began his career in finance at J.P. Morgan in 1992.
Ajay Nagpal attended Brown University as an undergraduate and earned his BA in International Relations and South Asian Studies. He then studied Public Policy at Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government and earned his MPP in 1992.
Ajay Nagpal supports social entrepreneurship and is active in the Executive, Development, Fellowship and Finance committees of nonprofit organization Echoing Green. In July 2017, he was appointed as a trustee for the Morristown Beard School in Morristown, NJ.
